Raw Chocolate Chia Pudding1 Tbspn cacao
3 Tbspn chia seeds
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1/2 - 1 Tbspn organic coconut palm sugar
Mix all dry ingredients until combined. Add milk and cover. Refrigerate overnight, or at least for 2 hours to allow the chia seeds to fully absorb the milk. Stir and top with shredded coconut or bee pollen for extra textural zing!
