I actually have a dynamite Workout Weds post that I want to share with all you sweat bunnies! But alas last night at about 5pm during my run I was struck down with an intense migraine and have been quite sick since (dang strong meds - I think they brought along some side effects wahhhh). Am hoping to post to you all tomorrow and hopefully do the last Workout Thursday post and keep it to Wednesdays. Comprende?
