I have an obsessive personality. I love things and then, very often, leave things. I might love them again, I might not. But when I am crushing on people, things, ideas and concepts ... I crush hard. I thought I'd compile for you a lil list of things that are lighting my fire at the moment. The stuff that sends excitement and adrenalin coursin' through my veins.

Fix yourself a cuppa and sit back as I share with you a few of my favourite things at the moment.

+ Bee Pollen The first time I tried this, added atop my raw cacao smoothie, I thought 'hells no'. It has quite a strong flavour and my boyfriend laughed when I tried to explain it to him as tasting 'exactly like I'd imagine a bee to taste', cue 'derp' look. But I've added it to lots of things since and I am head over heels in lovvvvvve! It's now a regular feature on muesli and atop my thick fruity smoothies. Bee pollen is a highly absorbable protein; rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes and other micronutrients. Get it in ya!
+ Yoga Inversions The other night when I successfully held my first ever headstand for a total of 4-5seconds, I felt exhilarated! Something about unwinding, twisting, turning, flipping, lifting, balancing, focusing gets me high as a kite. Healthier than a doobie and a lot less stanky!
+ My iPhone I held off for sooo long on before officially jumping on the iphone bandwagon a few months back. Best decision I ever made. This baby is incredible. So user friendly, so quick, so accessible, so perdy lookin'... If I ever tell you I'm 'upgrading' to a HTC again - shoot me. 
+ The new Pad Our lovely house. In a lovely suburb. In a lovely town. Near a lovely beach. With lovely people all around. A lovely big kitchen to play in. A lovely feeling of 'home' already infused within every room. And on that note...
+ Living with my David Yes we are ridiculously unromantic around each other now, dinners in the lounge room often outnumber the dinners at the table, we are sans bedframe and sleep on a matress on the floor, we annoy each other with our eating habits and polar opposite meal plans ... but I have never been happier and am so lucky to be sharing this exciting time of my life with him. 
+ Connecting with my lovely readers and insta followers Every time someone leaves a comment on the blog or on my instagram - I am just so touched and blown away that people out there are supporting and kindly sharing their opinions on what I have to say. I love hearing your own goals, your stories and sharing your insights into health and wellness. I envisage a tribe of us working together, from all corners of the globe to live our most incredible lives and to promote love, compassion, wellness and unity wherever we go. 

These are just to name a few. So many things to be grateful for each and every day!
