A few weeks ago I was contacted by a lady called Heather who shared her story with me in hopes to raise awareness of the disease that has challenged her and her family over the past few years. I was happy to help out in whatever way possible and promised her that I would share her cause with you all. Then I sat down and read her story, start to end, watched her story, and got to know this health and life crusador a little better. What an incredible woman.
